What Do I Teach?
With years of teaching experience, I offer skills-focused tutoring for learners who want to get ready for exams, keep up their learning, or push themselves further. Classes and courses are available to anyone with curiosity, regardless of age, but are targeted primarily at high school students.
Critical Reading and Essay-Writing
English, History, and all other social studies subjects require familiarity with a complex set of approaches and techniques in reading and writing. I offer individual lessons and short courses in these skills that will prove invaluable across a range of subjects and in later life.

Language skills are increasingly valuable in the modern economy, and enrich our understanding of humanity as a whole. Classes and courses are available for general language-learning skills, and also for a number of specific languages.

The hard sciences demand a particular approach to thinking, understanding information, and writing it down. Beyond school subjects, the wide availability of information and data, often presented without context or the means to understand it properly, makes scientific literacy an increasingly valuable tool.
Global Awareness
The internet and the constant news media cycle have made interpreting information about the world increasingly challenging. I offer classes and courses in expanding a systemic awareness of global affairs that goes beyond the daily headlines.
